What fingerprint cards do we use?

The universal card or most used fingerprinting card and it’s completed by either ink rolling them or printing them from a live scan capture for your convenience.

Generally, Federal Agencies will require the SF-87 card and in most cases the agency will provide the cards. However, some federal contractors can be fingerprinted on the FD-258 card.

This card is specifically for EDOs, which is for Non-U.S. Citizens or Non-Residents. However, the FBI will still accept the FD-258 card.

ATF fingerprint card is completed to start the process when registering your firearm. A background check is always required.

What do I need to bring?
Depending on the appointment you will need the following…
Valid Driver License
Valid Identification Card
ORI Number - The requesting agency will provide this number.
CRD Number - The agency will provide this number.
Personal Information- hair color, eye color, height, etc.
Reason for Fingerprinting- for personal review, new employment, etc.
